Comments
We collect commenter data from form submissions, including IP addresses and browser information, for spam detection. Email addresses are hashed and passed to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. Approved comments display user profile pictures publicly.
Media
You should avoid uploading images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images.

Electronic records use third-party providers including Microsoft, Power-Diary, Active Campaign, Stripe, Xero, and Calendly. Paying clients' health records remain on Australian-based Power-Diary and Microsoft servers. Some of these third-party providers may store their data outside of Australia. By using our services, you consent to overseas data transmission.
What We Do Not Do With Your Information
We do not sell or give away access to the personal information you provide to us.
